Q: When will my product ship?
A: Please allow 1-5 business days days for order processing before your order will ship. At this time Price Insanity! does not ship outside the United States.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: The site does an excellent job at estimating shipping cost; in rare cases it is not correct and you will be contacted before your order ships.
