If you do not like your item, you have 14 days from item receipt to request a return via email at cs@priceinsanity.com so long as the merchandise is still in its undamaged original packaging and in resalable condition. Specific return instructions will follow usually within 24 hours. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We DO NOT charge restocking fees.

Shipping Policies: Most orders ship in 1-2 business days, however it can take up to 5 business days for an in-stock order to ship. Ammunition and Firearms are shipped via ground only. Do not pay for expedited shipping if the order has ammunition or firearms; the entire order will ship ground.

This site uses the UPS shipping calculator to calculate rates only. All ground orders are shipped bestway. Carriers used for ground shipping are UPS, USPS, FedEX & DHL. The carrier chosen for ground fulfillment is at our discretion. Aside from the paragraph above 3-Day select orders are shipped UPS 3-Day.

Backorder Policies: Items on backorder are filled as available on a first come first serve basis. Invoices with items on backorder may be split to seperate backorder items from in stock items since we do not charge until an items ships. If you would like to cancel an item(s) on backorder, please contact cs@priceinsanity.com at least 24 hours before the item(s) ship.

Order Cancellation Policies: Requests to cancel an order must be emailed to cs@priceinsanity.com at least 24 hours before the order ships.
